As President of Xpera, he leads a national team in the design and delivery of exceptional B2B risk mitigation services. Xpera offers the most extensive collection of risk transfer techniques and related services in Canada. Len is responsible for all areas of the business including operational performance, market expansion opportunities, strategic partnerships, employee engagement, and leading strong and diverse teams of professionals in meeting their client promise.

Len graduated from Grant MacEwan University in 1996 from the Police and Security Program with first class standing.
