President

Len is a senior executive with an impressive track record in strategic growth. Over 20 years of experience in all aspects of insurance and risk mitigation has influenced his focus on operational excellence and solutions that challenge the status quo and drive change.

As President of the Claims Services Division he leads three national companies in the design and delivery of exceptional B2B risk mitigation services. These companies—Xpera Risk Mitigation & Investigation, Pario Engineering & Environmental Sciences, and ParioQuantify—represent the largest collection of risk transfer techniques and related services in Canada. Len is responsible for all areas of the business including operational performance, market expansion opportunities, strategic partnerships, employee engagement, and leading strong and diverse teams of professionals in meeting their client promise.

Len graduated from Grant MacEwan University in 1996 from the Police and Security Program with first class standing. He first joined the SCM Group of Companies in 2000 and has served in several executive leadership roles since.
